will be talking to parents whose children or teens have died in
Residential Treatment Centers
and in Foster Care. Parents whose children have died in residential

Rose Moore hosts
the Rose Moore Show on AllTalk Radio, the weekly online radio show
that finds, addresses, and solves the “Unmet Needs” of the Learning
Disabled in the Public School System. It is the only show of its
kind in the US and the World! Mrs. Moore has invited Isabelle
Zehnder, Founder and President of the Coalition Against
Institutionalized Child Abuse (CAICA), to join her on her show.
On March 3 Mrs.
Moore and Mrs. Zehnder will discuss concerns about the growing
child/teen help industry. Additionally, they will discuss children
who have died both in Residential Treatment Centers and in the
Foster Care System, and why these deaths are on the rise.
On March 10 they
are inviting those of you who have experienced the loss of a child
in a program or facility to call in and share your experiences. The
