Rose Moore has been a Disability Advocate for children and teens (K-12) for 23 years. She has received numerous awards and Kudos for her work- including the Governor’s Award for ADHD Projects as well as a Personal Invitation from The White House to attend the White House Conference on School Safety in Washington, D.C.

She is also the Founder and CEO of ADHD Child Advocate Services, a Non-Profit Organization serving all 50 states. Rose is the President of IEP Technologies and the Author of “Fundamentals of Special Education" (K-12), an On-Line Course at Seattle Pacific University, Washington.

Rose Moore and Isabelle Zehnder, Founder and President of the Coalition Against Institutionalized Child Abuse (CAICA) and Founder and CEO of Positive Family Solutions, LLC and Parents and Teens Unite, are Co-Founding the Association of Professional Child and Family Advocates (APCFA). They are working with others to provide a complete wrap-around service for kids and teens. More info coming soon.
