Trial Will Go As Scheduled for Michelle Bott-Graham

The woman charged with the murder of a 2-year-old boy last winter will have to go on trial as scheduled.

Lawyers for 40-year-old Michelle Bott-Graham had asked that her court date be put off from Sept. 12. However, Fifth District Judge Peter McDermott refused the request.

Bott-Graham is accused of inflicting injuries on 2-year-old Cameron Hamilton in November of last year. Hamilton died in early December from severe head trauma.

Bott-Graham has pleaded not guilty to the first-degree murder of the little boy.
