Mary Brautigam, 26, was arrested and charged with four counts of sexual battery and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, NBC 4's Tacoma Newsome reported.

The home was closed in February 2006 when a 16-year-old resident, Christopher Tindall, was charged with the rape and murder of a 72-year-old woman who lived near the home.

Officials were alerted to the possible sexual relationship in March.

"The investigation indicates Mary Brautigam had sexual relations with a juvenile at the group home. When the activity started, he was 15 years of age," said Detective Andy Borba, of the Logan County Sheriff's Office.

The two teenage boys claim they had consensual sex with the former employee. They said the incident occurred in the summer of 2005 and in January 2006.

"They're alleging that they did indeed have ... sex with Mary -- the second boy, having sex with her numerous times (and) the first one stating it was approximately three times," Borba said.

Brautigam was released on bond and is awaiting a grand jury. The group home will now face a license revocation hearing.

In a three-page letter, the state outlined more than nine compliance issues.

The state must also give the group home an opportunity to appeal the case. A date has not been set.
