2 Year Old Victim Identification
 
On Monday, September 4th, at 3:17 pm, Gresham Police Officers responded to a report of a 2 year old deceased female taken to the Mount Hood Medical Center by her foster parents.

Due to the age of the female and the unknown cause of death Gresham Detectives and Detectives from the Multi-Agency Child Abuse Team were sent to the scene. Based on the unfolding circumstances the East Metro Major Crimes Team was activated shortly after, to take the lead role in the investigation.

Due to the complications of the locating immediate next of kin the name of the victim and foster parents had been withheld in order to make the proper notifications and those have been completed.

The victim is being identified as: Keyana Bravo-Hamilton, 2 years of age
Foster Parents: Armando Moreno-Garcia, 38 years of age, and Dunia Soledad-Moreno, 29 years of age. Both foster parents have been interviewed.

No arrests have been made in the death of Keyana and this incident remains under investigation.
