Giovanni S. Aletriz – Obituary

February 8, 2006

Giovanni Stephen Aletriz, 16, of Allentown, died Saturday, February 4, 2006 in Ephrata Community Hospital in Ephrata, Pa. Born April 3, 1989 in Ephrata, he was the son of Jamie Aletriz of Allentown and Cynthia Allen of Allentown. Giovanni was a student at Dieruff High School, Allentown. He was a member of the Islamic Mosque, Ephrata.

Survivors: He will be lovingly remembered by his parents; stepfather, Chioma Billups Sr. of Allentown; brothers, Alexander Aletriz of Allentown, Austin Scott Aletriz of Lancaster, Chioma Billups Jr. of Philadelphia; maternal grandmother, Norma E. Nieves of Bethlehem; paternal grandmother, Carmen Sara Colon in Puerto Rico; aunts, Denise Soto of Bethlehem, Judith Ramirez of Milton, Del.; several other aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services: will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 11, 2006 in the Connell Funeral Home Inc., 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem. Visitation will be held from 9-11 a.m. in the funeral home.

Private burial will follow.
