JAMES WHITE
Died December 12, 2005

It is a sad day in America when a child dies and virtually no one knows about it ...

Lancaster NewEra's February 9, 2006, article states: "We have heard rumors that things aren't well at SummitQuest Academy and will be conducting a thorough investigation." Another SummitQuest resident, James White, 17, of Philadelphia, died Dec. 12. An autopsy conducted here showed he had an enlarged heart and died of natural causes.

It is interesting that the same County Coroner who ruled James died from an enlarged heart and natural causes also claimed Joey died this way. However, Joey's mom and her attorney would tell you otherwise. Joey's autopsy report showed he suffered from a hematoma from his temple to his jaw, his organs were damaged, he had marks consistent with slugs and kicks on his body, his stomach contents were in his nasal cavity, and more.

CAICA and their researchers have searched for information surrounding the death of this boy. His death went unnoticed until Giovanni "Joey" Aletriz died a month later - at the same facility. If you have witnessed these deaths or if you have information or articles surrounding the deaths of these children, please forward the information to us at info@caica.org
