Evergreen Music Teacher Jailed on Child Sexual Assault Charges

JEFFERSON COUNTY -- A music teacher in Evergreen was jailed without bond following his arrest on child sexual assault charges, authorities said Thursday.

Jefferson County Sheriff's investigators arrested William Robert Eisenman, 32, on Wednesday for sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust and sexual assault on a child, pattern of abuse.

Eisenman is a music teacher at Evergreen High School and Evergreen Middle School.

Authorities said they learned earlier this week of two separate allegations against Eisenman involving female students at the high school.

He was immediately placed on leave pending the outcome of the investigation.

Investigators said Eisenman worked at schools on the Western Slope before joining Jefferson County Public Schools last year, and that there may be more victims.
